　　    汪福祥，男，北京第二外国语学院教授，硕士生导师，翻译学院副院长，全国翻译专业资格（水平）考试英语专家委员会委员。2004年当选为北京市高校教师资格评审英语专家组组长.2005年被任命为教育部人文社会科学研究一般项目评审专家。研究领域包括语言哲学、心理语言学、翻译理论与实践、教育心理掌等；主持过《2006年度北京地方高校科技创新平台：翻译基础理论研究与数据库建设》等九项北京市教委和教育部的研究课题；主持的《基础英语》被评为北京市高校精品课程，所著《新编心理语言学》被评为北京市高校精品教材；出版作品50余种。

　　    本书由国家人力资源和社会保障部统一规划、中国外文局负责实施与管理的全国翻译专业资格（水平）考试，已纳入国家职业资格证书制度，全国统一实行，面向全社会该项考试是国内对参试人员口、笔译双语互译能力和水平的专家认定、考试合格者，将获得《中华人民共和国翻译专业资格（水平）证书》，该证书全国范围内有效、中国外文局授权外文出版社出版发行考试相关图书。
