　　上海市人民政府发展研究中心（前身是上海经济研究中心）于1980年12月26日正式成立，于1995年12月22日根据市政府决定，更名为上海市人民政府发展研究中心。上海市人民政府发展研究中心是为市政府决策服务，承担本市决策咨询的研究、组织、协调、管理、服务的市政府决策咨询研究机构。
　　    

　　在上海市人民政府发展研究中心的倡议下，上海国际智库交流中心成员单位以“长三角一体化与高质量发展”为主题，开展相关决策咨询研究，并于2019年12月共同举办“2019年上海国际智库高峰论坛”。本书为此次论坛上国际智库相关决策咨询报告及论坛实录。麦肯锡、毕马威等国际智库围绕论坛主题，从国内外区域合作的有效途径和体制机制等宏观层面，以及交通、能源、创新、环保等产业层面，开展了系列专题研究；并聚焦“国际区域一体化建设经验”“长三角城市群协同创新”“长三角未来产业机遇”“长三角一体化背景下的企业发展”与“长三角更高质量一体化”五个方面，探讨了区域一体化国际经验、长三角一体化进程中存在的问题和面临的挑战，提出了对长三角高质量一体化发展的意见和建议。
